Lake June Pointe Property Owners Association (POA) is a deed restricted subdivision. The Board of Directors appoints a 3 person committee to review any building construction projects. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) then provides it's recommendation for approval or rejection to the Board of Directors. The Board makes the ultimate decision.
Any alterations or additions to an existing home must also be presented to the committee for review and receive approval from the Board of Directors prior to project commencement. Some common examples are: adding swimming pool or spa, screened enclosures (front & back), boat house/dock, attached or detached buildings (pool, guest, garage, storage, etc.), solar panels, house or driveway paint colors, adding addition or external changes to your house.
In order to better manage the ACC process for conformance, consistency, and transparency, the Board of Directors has implemented a checklist which summarizes key Deed Restrictions and a form that must be completed and submitted to the President.
